Pete Hope was a co-founder of Go4 Enterprises and was an operational fire-fighter for 15 years. He later worked with Quaker Housing and Essex Probation Service. For ten years he worked with Frontier Youth Trust developing projects for DYPs. Peter set up the O4G project in Colchester for young ex-offenders, which involves providing accommodation, mentoring, and purposeful activities.
Janine joined as a Director in May 2015. She is a full time trader in the market selling vintage fashion, she is also an events organiser in Colchester.
GO4 has grown from a small group of volunteers to employing several individuals in a variety of roles. Some started out as volunteers, others as apprentices but everyone is committed to making GO4 a place that has a real buzz about it, that challenges preconceptions about people and that makes a real impact upon its community, transforming lives for the better.
