By collecting and preserving the stories of underrepresented communities including women of different ethnicities, LGBTQ+ individuals, working-class women, and women with additional needs and disabilities, the campaign celebrates the rich heritage of women in the county. Looking for a fun and active way for your kids to spend their weekends? Look no further than Colchester Junior Park Run! This free event is open to children aged 4 to 14 and takes place at the Rec, providing a safe and easy 2k run that is open to all.
With close to 140 children participating on one morning, the Rec is transformed into a buzzing and energetic atmosphere that your kids are sure to love. Plus, it’s a great opportunity for them to get some exercise and stay active, all while having a blast.
