Dietary Requirements

At GO4 Cafe, we understand the importance of accommodating a range of dietary requirements. Our team is committed to ensuring that all of our guests can enjoy our food and drinks, no matter their dietary needs.

We are pleased to offer the following dietary options:

  • Vegetarian: A variety of delicious meat-free options, including salads, soups, and sandwiches.
  • Vegan: A selection of plant-based dishes made with fresh, natural ingredients.
  • Gluten-free: A range of gluten-free options, including cakes, pastries, and sandwiches.
  • Dairy-free: A variety of dairy-free options, including smoothies, coffees, and teas.

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know when booking your event or making a reservation. Our team will be happy to assist in finding the best options for you.

Guidelines

Maximum indoor capacity: Not more than 25 people are allowed inside the cafe sitting down.

Hourly Rate

Our venue and catering services start from £12 per hour for one-off events.

Routine Groups

Available for groups that meet regularly every week.
Please use our contact page to arrange this with the management.

Birthday Parties

Available for birthday parties after cafe opening hours on any day, but must be after opening hours.
Catering is available for a maximum of 10 children indoors and a minimum of 30 children outdoors.
Catering Cost: £175 for catering services.
Customisable: Bring your own cake and decorations and the cafe will make the arrangements for the preparation with you to enter beforehand and prepare for your event.

For Outside Events: We’re in discussions with the council to put the lease further to cover bouncy castles. An application must be submitted 3 months in advance and a company with liability insurance must be hired. This is outside of the cafe’s responsibility.

Group Bookings

  1. Minimum group size:
    To secure a group booking, a minimum of 10 people is required.
  2. Maximum group size:
    The maximum number of guests allowed for a group booking is 40.
  3. Booking lead time:
    We recommend booking your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and time.
  4. Payment:
    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
  5. Catering:
    Our catering packages are available for group bookings, and we can accommodate dietary requirements.
  6. Venue:
    The venue is available for hire after the cafe’s opening hours.
  7. Decorations and outside food:
    You are welcome to bring your own decorations and outside food, however, we do not provide storage space.
  8. Liability insurance:
    For events outside the cafe, it is recommended that you secure liability insurance. This is outside of the cafe’s responsibility and must be arranged by the booker.
  9. Cancellation policy:
    Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
