Go4 Enterprises is now a member of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). The NCVO is a champions of volunteering and civil society, with over 10,000 members, from the largest charities to the smallest community organisations. Interestingly, the NCVO started in 1919 as the National Council of Social Services, following a legacy from Edward Vivian Birchall, who died of wounds in France during World War I.
Go4 will benefit from being part of a national organisation dedicated to the third sector and able to speak on our behalf with Government and other policy makers. It will also make it easier for our voice to be heard and to speak out for those we seek to help who may not have a voice of their own.
